1.1 Product advantages
1.11 It is made up of 4.5mm(or 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm) pure acrylic sheet with three layers glass fiber and polyester resin reinforcement. Colorful acrylic sheet available.
1.12 Stainless steel #304 adjustment support to support the tub. A whole piece of OSB board, which is more durable, stronger and water resistant than normal plywood, is being used to reinforce the tub bottom.
1.13 Seamless joint technique is adopted for most of the freestanding acrylic tub.
1.14 We also use seam joint technique for some of the models like 02108, 02508, 02507, 02810, 02522, 02827 and 02538. The tech finish is different from other suppliers. We do not need to paint the tub upper edge before polishing. Therefore, these tub warranty is almost the same long as the pure acrylic sheet. The other suppliers need to paint before the polishing process for all of the models. Their tub seamless part (tub upper edge where their workers painting before the finish) will fade within 5 years.

3.1 Durable, non-staining, non-fading are just three of the reasons to use acrylic. It is cheaper to manufacture acrylic, keeping the price of these tubs lower than the other materials. But our tubs are not "cheap" by any means. The acrylic used is the thickest in the industry. The result is a durable tub that is easy to take care of.
