Process:
The formulation of the latex foam sheet is extremely important in creating the quality of actual latex foam sheet. The formulation is mixed in batch and poured onto a continuous conveyor. Next, the latex foam is stabilized by an infrared heating system and continue on to a vulcanization tunnel. As it travels through the vulcanization tunnel, the latex foam is cured and the water is vaporized. Finally, the latex foam is cooled and wrapped in rolls as its coming out from the conveyor.
